Fulcrum Becomes A Preferred Vendor with Leading Financial Organization
The client is a technology company that designs, builds and operates a bank account-based payment system making them an innovator in the finance industry. Fulcrum agreed to provide highly skilled software developers and other IT service support to help grow the organization.
During the six-year partnership with the client, they were acquired by a multinational financial services corporation which completely changed the dynamic of the relationship while opening up additional opportunities.
The new acquisition increased the need for software development. Fulcrum had been heavily involved with an application that help banks to reduce fraud, lower the cost, and put consumers more in control of their finances. Additionally, a POC for a distributor onboarding process was developed by the Fulcrum team. After a successful demo, plans for rolling out the project began. Kick off plans for a bill pay feature were set with production was planned for this year.
Integration and Accessibility
Accessibility Testing is an absolute must in the FinTech industry. Knowing this from previous projects, Fulcrum was able to quickly add a service delivery product for Accessibility Testing on a W3C and Web Merchant button. Additionally, with all these new projects in the pipeline, making sure everything functioned in a cohesive matter was more important than ever. With that in mind, Fulcrum completed another POC and demo on a solution to overcome Database integration changes in various environments along with application change using Flyway.
The relationship between Fulcrum and the client continues to this day. The client recognized Fulcrum as a preferred vendor for FinTech solutions and various other IT needs. With over 100+ resources allocated to the client, the “Build Your Own Team” approach allows the client to supplement their needs quickly, efficiently and at low cost for highly skilled developers.
