Since starting with Fulcrum as a part-time intern with the HR department,
my professional and personal skills have improved a lot. I received training
to increase my hunting skills allowing me to reach out to more skilled
candidates in the US and Latin American markets. Working for an HR

has made me confident in my abilities to achieve any goal to

I recall one time when we received an immediate request to fill three positions in
the UK, a market I am unfamiliar with. Thanks to the training I received from

on-boarding professing for new employees, and contract development.
After some time, I was promoted to Technical Recruiter and now am responsible

I started with Fulcrum as a Technical Recruiter in 2002 during the early stages
of the company. Through the experience gained during my time with Fulcrum,
I moved on to manage onsite programs with financial institutions such as
Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, but returned to Fulcrum in 2015 in a
project sales position. Now as Business Development Manager,
I oversee the activities of our entire U.S. Sales division.
I came into this position knowing very little of Digital Transformation or
product sales. With the guidance provided by Rajesh Sinha and
Dhana Kumarasamy paired with my ability to effectively communicate,
negotiate and analyze, I underwent a professional transformation.
Now, along with my team, I am able to sell emerging technologies and,
digital accelerators to knowledgeable CIOs and CEO of billion dollar companies.
