The client was facing a critical issue with technology advancement in
“Invoice Processing System”. Having manual dependency,
the client encountered the following issues on regular basis:
Possibility of Errors
The likelihood of a human committing and error due to fatigue or distraction was always high. Delegating this task to a robot removes the possibility of fatigue or distraction.
Necessity of Full-time Employees
A total of 10 Full-time employees were constantly engaged in all of the operational steps. This process reduced their ability to dedicate staff time to other tasks.

All the above points culminate to the loss of productivity.
