At the core of this Financial Services organization is a mobile banking application that enables the day-to-day management of their customers finances and payment interactions, which was undergoing a significant complete redesign.

With every new launch, it’s imperative the application with over 100million users delivers a faultless user experience across 30+ mobile devices and 30+ browsers.

The company hence put out a Invitation to Tender (ITT) for an estimated ‘100-person QA Testing Team’ staff augmentation project, receiving submissions from some of the biggest digital transformation conglomerates in the world.

Fulcrum’s Innovation Lab ideated a QA Testing Automation application during the proposal period and began developing the PoC. The solution enabled all device and browser permutations to be tested significantly faster, guaranteeing a less than 0.1% error rate through a team of just three developers, rather than 100.

So impressed by our innovative approach to the brief, the client awarded Fulcrum Digital the project, igniting what has since grown to be a 10+ year ongoing relationship.
