With all uni and supplier data hosted on SharePoint 2021 on-prem, they also fell foul of a viscous malware attack blocking access to all their data.

- Centralized all supplier data in one portal for resolving requests
- Built new supplier request form
- Set up access restrictions and notification rule engines for efficient progression of supplier requests through the relevant teams
- Implemented QA (Quality Assurance) testing for content validation
