The client is one of the fastest-growing Life Insurance firms based in India. They faced issues with specific processes and had concerns related to ease of access, security, and high costs tied to annual subscription renewals. Fulcrum resolved the insurance provider’s process-specific requirements and closed integrity, safety, and increased high-cost loopholes.

There were multiple “orphan” leads resulting from BDM employee churn or branch mapping changes. Another concern was the conveyance data duplication that led to inflated conveyance charges.
