Our client is one of the UK’s most prestigious public research Universities. With multiple campuses across London, they serve thousands of undergraduates, graduates, and international students in pursuing their dreams every year.
Increased student numbers pushed their IT Services teams to scale up their processes quickly and securely. In doing so, their IT teams faced various issues with enterprise security, and system administrators tasked with configuring MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) had many errors and redundancy issues, posing severe challenges to managing the access and authentication for the existing users. The duplication in the MIM service portal has been an ongoing issue for the university for many years.
