Challenge: MagiCAD Faced CRM Implementation Issues

MagiCAD were looking to better manage their sales cycle through a custom CRM implementation with advanced reporting features.

Using MS Dynamics for the CRM, they needed to integrate with their external invoicing system (NetSuite), licensing system (FlexNet) and PayPal. The CRM also needed to extend through existing customer-facing portals via AdxStudio Portals.

CRM Tools & Sales Cycle Management Solutions

The new CRM connected with their external system using SDK, web services and APIs. This allowed for the execution of workflows and enable External Authentication.

Custom created plugins using CRM’s SDK were configured to meet business needs.

Additional customizations performed included OOB Entity Forms, Views, Relationships, Ribbon Customizations, and placing HTML web sources on their form.

Deployment was automated using Jenkins and Octopus.
