LSBU fast-forwards Student Engagement by Partnering with Fulcrum

The Fulcrum team provide expertise and support within the Salesforce Education cloud to meet LSBU’s business needs. Using case management, we improved the case resolution SLA time. An Appointment Functionality: We helped improve an interactive student portal for 30,000+ active students. We also customized and developed enhancements to an appointment functionality that enabled students to book direct appointments with the course tutor or module leaders, enhancing the overall student experience.
