Our client, London South Bank University (LSBU) is a public university in London. They offer diverse undergraduate and postgraduate programs and apprenticeships in various fields, including economics, law, arts, education, engineering, media, nursing, design, psychology, sciences, hospitality, marketing, accounting, and more. The University has over 18,000 students, including 2,000 international students from over 130 countries.

As our long-time partners, they approached us to help transition and embed Salesforce into their institution operations.

Solution

The Fulcrum team provide expertise and support within the Salesforce Education cloud to meet LSBU’s business needs. Using case management, we improved the case resolution SLA time.

An Appointment Functionality: We helped improve an interactive student portal for 30,000+ active students. We also customized and developed enhancements to an appointment functionality that enabled students to book direct appointments with the course tutor or module leaders, enhancing the overall student experience. The team are next focussing on using the Salesforce marketing cloud to help LSBU create data-driven marketing strategies.
