Jura Connects with Coffee Connoisseurs Using AR Tech
Whilst the COVID-19 pandemic was in many cases good for coffee shop business, selling coffee equipment was difficult without the in-store experience.
Customers weren’t receiving the tacit benefit of seeing machines, or the additional info from staff. Jura needed a way to reconnect with customers in a virtual world to pick up sales.
Fulcrum’s Creative Hub implemented an auto-scaling AR instance that even showed a virtual coffee being poured.
Beyond offering a way for customers to view the machines in situ, we also designed and built ‘Jura Live’ – an application add-on which enables live at-home demos with customers.
