Fulcrum Commerce migrated Sea Bags from Magento 2 to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Custom middleware solutions were developed to ensure all previous integrations, such as ShipStation, Cybersource, TaxJar, and Bronto, were successfully ported to the new platform. Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s “Einstein” AI feature was integrated to provide personalized product recommendations, boosting customer engagement. The new platform offered scalability, lower maintenance, and user-friendly operations.
