They required a migration of all product information, content, data, and extensions to a new platform. Fulcrum Commerce migrated Sea Bags from Magento 2 to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The award-winning creative team designed a modern, responsive website, enhancing user experience with improved aesthetics and functionality. Custom middleware solutions were developed to ensure all previous integrations, such as ShipStation, Cybersource, TaxJar, and Bronto, were successfully ported to the new platform. Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s “Einstein” AI feature was integrated to provide personalized product recommendations, boosting customer engagement. The new platform offered scalability, lower maintenance, and user-friendly operations.
