The company needed to ensure the smooth running of business operations – therefore, migration of their all the existing applications, infrastructure and domain controller to the Azure cloud was recommended by Fulcrum Digital after the initial assessment.

Centralized dashboard with rich visualizations for log data was another requirement raised for tracking and analytics.The company also needed steady state support, monitoring and continuous improvement from Fulcrum Digital.

Solution

  • A strategic approach to assessment was initiated that included existing applications, infrastructure servers, requirements definition, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices, and architectural reviews.
  • Migrated company’s domain controller, existing application and infrastructure servers in the first phase to Azure cloud test environment and then production environment with new cloud security features in the second phase.
