To ensure the smooth running of business operations, the client required of their all the existing applications, infrastructure and domain controller to be moved to a suitable cloud environment.

An additional outcome required was a centralized dashboard with rich visualizations for log data tracking & analysis, plus steady state support, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Solution

A digital assessment into existing applications, infrastructure servers, requirements definition, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices, and architectural reviews first completed. Following this, Fulcrum migrated their domain controller, existing application and infrastructure servers in the first phase to Azure cloud test environment and then production environment with new cloud security features in the second phase. A centralized monitoring dashboard update with power BI was provisioned. Implementation of end-to-end support process was offered along with the monitoring support of their applications.
