Risks and Human Errors Reduction with Smart Automation

Several reports are generated weekly, monthly and quarterly in the organization to keep track of companies’ performance and statistics. These reports were of frequent use at every level in the organization. The challenge was to automate the weekly & monthly reports to fetch the data from multiple systems, i.e., Web Application, Database, Excel, and Emails. The reports were formatted, color-coded, and had complex formulae, tables, pivots, and charts. As it involved significant and highly repetitive tasks at a high risk of human error, the team assessed the entire setup and charted a plan to automate the process to reduce manual work and the volume of rework.
