The client was widely using its web portal to drive client’s core business processes electronically. The system was actively used since 2009, and was becoming outdated as the technology evolved. A newer version of the portal was needed to overcome the technology restrictions of the present system, and serve at the main hub for their digital transformation journey.
Fulcrum revamped the existing portal by bringing application modernization, technology upgrades, building additional modules, responsive design, and an enhanced user experience. The application rendered differently depending on pre-configured account permissions.
The application possessed new capabilities including cross browser compatibility, unique dashboards for each user type, a smooth transition between the client’s website, a robust job posting system, multi-tenancy, a business model to bind alumni, enhanced reporting capabilities, and seamless accounting integrations.
