The client was facing a critical issue with technology advancement in “Invoice Processing System”. Facing many manual dependencies, the client was encountering high risk of human error due to fatigue or distraction.
A total of 10 Full-time employees were constantly engaged in all of the operational steps (reducing their ability to dedicate time to other tasks), and ultimately staff were facing business productivity losses.
The client was looking for a technology partner to undertake a proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate the advantages of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and further make an informed decision to implement the services enterprise wide.
