Fulcrum analyzed their entire Infrastructure and dependency matrix and ran a gap analysis to provide an appropriate solution. We moved their complete Infrastructure, including Web, Application, Database, File Server, and AD, into the cloud. Additional resources for Steady State Support and monitoring & Continuous Improvement and a Centralized dashboard with rich visualizations for log data were also supplied. The team approached the assessment strategically, taking existing Applications, Infrastructure servers, requirements definition, RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) matrices, and architectural reviews under consideration.
