Prior to Fulcrum’s involvement, Quest Food Management – an FM Top 50 firm – had been struggling with the typical growing pains of foodservice organizations overly dependent on multiple systems for each location and subset of their operations.

Finding it difficult to scale recipes quickly and flexibly, roll out new menus, and track inventory across all their locations, Quest looked to Fulcrum Digital to introduce an end-to-end foodservice solution to connect up all parts of their expanding ecosystem of catering facilities.

Solution

CulinarySuite ERP was deployed in 2019, shortly followed by two of our other flagship Foodservice solutions. CulinarySuite seamlessly integrated to their existing back end systems and other products in our foodservice suite, including and FD MealPlanner (for parent/guardian mobile ordering with school districts), and FD Signage (for all digital signboards across every location).
