The client faced challenges with the old UI/UX not being very interactive as per the latest standards. To resolve this issue, a new and improved UI/UX was developed using FulcrumOne components, on top of the FulcrumOne platform, enabling code reusability and reducing overall development time. This implementation significantly enhanced the user experience within a short period. The new UI/UX was interactive and provided a seamless experience, addressing the clients’ concerns. By incorporating the latest standards, the new UI/UX improved engagement and satisfaction among customers.
