Fulcrum Helps Leading FinTech Organization with Digital Maturity
The client is a FinTech service that acts as an integration point for Payment as a Service. As their opportunities began to grow, the client contacted Fulcrum as a potential partner familiar with the FinTech industry to implement a DevOps initiative within the organization.
Achieved PCI-DSS level 1 compliance in 4 Months timeframe, with ROC and AOC.
Increased customer satisfaction and confidence by demonstrating expertise in domain and delivering a quality solution.
Fulcrum identified a few challenges the client was facing. Customer satisfaction was not very high, while internally they were missing a domain expert/SME. An end-to-end DevOps environment was required in order to create continuous development of product features and integration with the new payment gateways and APM.
A Modular Architecture was built for the application, including Encryption and Decryption components using Cloud HSM. The application environments also needed to become PCI DSS Compliant. Fulcrum recommended and implemented an AWS Setup.
The client was still on a manual testing process and required QA Automation in order to fully embrace the DevOps culture. Fulcrum was able to strategize and plan for full QA automation including non-functional testing.
The client continues to work with Fulcrum on a long-term relationship and continuous maturity model. After closely collaborating with the customer to deploy QSA, the client was able to achieve PCI-DSS level 1 compliance in a 4-month timeframe with ROC and AOC. Customer satisfaction and confidence was achieved by demonstrating our expertise in domain and delivering quality solution.
