Required Skills

  • A “go-getter” attitude with at least 3 to 5 years of aggressive IT sales experience (Solution selling, IT services, outsourcing)
  • Must have closed deals worth over $2 million
  • Strong experience in proposal writing and negotiation skills for deals worth over $2 million
  • Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets
  • Advanced IT knowledge is a must
  • Ability to work in a highly professional, corporate environment
  • Relevant Experience and knowledge with one of these domains: Media, Healthcare, Education, BFSI (Insurance, Bank and Finance services)
  • Technology selling exposure: Portal, Mobile, Digital, Modernization

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company
  • Lead generation, prospecting and other sales methods designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms
  • Manage end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, onsite presentations, RFI response, client workshops etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with Fulcrum’s Presales & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs
  • Provide support to customers during the initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the sales life cycle
  • Support the team’s market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional Presales, Marketing teams
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills
  • Responsible for selling in one of our core domains: Media, Healthcare, Education and BFSI

Travel Requirements: The candidate is expected to travel regularly to regional prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building.
