Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to oversee all aspects of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes. The goal is to promote corporate values and achieve business objectives through human resources management, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current, and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and perseverance of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, process across the organization
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Support important organization-wide initiatives through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance in the HR organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with an IT Company as a HR manager
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Desired skills- people oriented and results driven attitude
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and database
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
